Gundam Century is a
game modification for Blizzard Entertainment's Starcraft realtime
strategy game. It converted the appearance of Terran and Protoss
units and buildings to simulate a Gundam experience. As well, I
changed some of the purposes, spells, and abilities of the units
and buildings to better match the Gundam universe. The mod was released
as in beta form, but it was never completed due to an inability
to create what I had initially intended game design wise, as well as my desire for greener pastures. Still, people around the world enjoyed what I created and that's
what really mattered to me.
Gundam Century was recognized globally as a mod that was loved by both Starcraft and Gundam fans. It appeared in many magazines and websites also featuring interviews with me. Some which I know of are; PC Gamer, PC Game, V-Champ, PC Weekly & PC Game Port, PC Power Zine, Net Power, Game @ Home, and Netvigator. With the announcement of Starcraft 2, I've been receiving emails in anticipation of a possibility of Gundam Century 2. I would never say never.
